How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply choose your footwear style, select your size and colour, add it
to your cart, and complete checkout securely online.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so we can get them on their way as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel it. You may still be able to return the item in line
with our Returns Policy.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery address. If your order has not yet
been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.
If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to redirect the parcel.

Delivery to regional, rural, and remote areas may take longer depending on your location and the carrier network.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.You can use this tracking link to follow your parcel’s progress.
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place, take it to a
local collection point, or leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
This will depend on the carrier, your location, and whether a signature is required.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this stage, we offer free standard delivery Australia-wide. Express delivery is not currently available.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, Strike Footwear Australia ships within Australia only.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide on our website before placing your order. When ordering you will be using the USA size.
Strike footwear is listed using UK and US sizing. If you are unsure of your size or are between sizes, we recommend
checking the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are a half size or do not like a firm fit, we recommend you go up one full size or choose the larger size.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.
Are Strike shoes true to size?

What if my shoes do not fit?
If your shoes do not fit, you may be able to return them provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original
condition and packaging.

Can I wear my shoes outside and still return them?
No. Returned footwear must be unworn and in original condition.
Please only try your shoes on indoors on a clean surface until you are sure you are keeping them.

What if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We will assess the issue and work with you on the appropriate next step.
Are Strike products covered by warranty?
Strike Footwear products are covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item has a major fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
What is not considered a fault?
General wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, accidents, or normal ageing of materials is not
considered a manufacturing fault.

We accept returns on unworn footwear returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items must be clean, unused, and returned with the original shoe box and packaging.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Can I exchange for another size?
At this stage, the fastest way to secure another size is to place a new order and return the original pair for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items may be returned unless clearly marked as final sale. Items must still be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition and packaging.
