Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed
at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties
involved in the processing are located. This means that this information may be
transferred to, and maintained on Computers located outside of Australia or
New Zealand where the data protection laws may differ.

In particular, some of our suppliers and systems may be located or supported overseas, and our Brand owner / Parent (Overland Shoes Ltd) is based in the United Kingdom. We may transfer or disclose Personal Data to the Brand owner and/or overseas Service Providers for purposes such as brand operations, customer support escalation, product quality management, IT/hosting, analytics, marketing tools, and business administration.

If You are located in Australia, You acknowledge that overseas disclosures may occur.
